Our commitment to you is to treat you as well as we would wish our own son and daughter to be treated on their wedding day.

To do this, here is our promise to you:

• Each wedding car is booked for only one wedding on any one day to ensure you of our full and undivided attention on this most special of days.
  
  
• Your cars will always arrive in very good time.
  
  
• Your driver will arrive smartly dressed in his/her charcoal grey uniform.
  
  
• Your driver will go beyond being polite and professional - our drivers are completely committed to excellent customer service. We have testimonials describing their service as "superlative" and "quite exceptional".
  
  
• The details of each journey each car has to make is carefully planned with you on a written car schedule beforehand so that the arrangements about timings and passengers  have been carefully worked out  to keep your day on track.
  
  
• The cars will look impressive. They will be spotless inside and out as they are cleaned and polished for each and every wedding. Ribbons and flowers are used to dress your wedding cars. Ivory ribbons are fitted on all our champagne gold cars as standard and white ribbons are fitted to the Beauford. Other colours of  ribbons are available at a small additional charge of £5 per vehicle.

• Booster seats and child safety seats are available if required.

• Umbrellas are carried in all cars for those rainy showers.

• You are protected by our public liability insurance.
  

 

 

Photographs

We include time for photographs.  Even if your civil ceremony and reception are at the same venue, we will, if you wish, remain throughout the service to provide an opportunity for photographs of the bride and groom with the car after the ceremony.
 

We are happy to take you to another location if required.

 
We can also offer what we believe is a unique photo opportunity in this area.

 

For a small additional charge  of £20 you can order a personalised name plate. First names are the most popular but Mr and Mrs can also be ordered. The name plate is a great reminder of your special day and will, of course, be given to you as a keepsake.
